I'm a licensed clinical social worker who specializes in ADHD, but more importantly, I'm an adult with ADHD who has spent years figuring out what actually works (and what doesn't).
As a mom to two adult sons with ADHD, I understand this from every angle: clinical, personal, and parental. I know what it's like to feel constantly behind, to start systems that fall apart, and to carry the weight of shame that society puts on neurodivergent brains.
That's why I created the Prosthetic Executive Function® method, a holistic, compassionate approach that doesn't try to "fix" you. Instead, it gives your brain the external structure it needs to thrive.
